Who we are

Kia ora, I’m Warren.

I came to arboriculture through a love of climbing and the outdoors, but it was the trees themselves that kept me here.

I’ve been a qualified arboricultural practitioner for more than 10 years. In that time, I’ve worked across the Greater Wellington Region, with experience in residential, council, and commercial settings.

Alongside this, I’ve continued to deepen my understanding of trees — from epiphytes and rongoā to ecology, habitat creation, and seed collection.

I founded Keep so that I could practice arboriculture that aligns with my values and for those who similarly want tree work that is about respect for the tree and its environment.

We are a small family-run business, based in the Wairarapa.

I’ve written about my approach and the services we offer, so you can learn a bit more about what this looks like.

If this aligns with you and the needs of your trees/land/garden, I look forward to hearing from you.
